WG-6 Announcements:

Colorado, May 14-15, 2004

Dear WG6 participants and/or observers,

The next meeting of WG6 is planned for 14 and 15 May in Colorado. Attached you find the information about the location and arrangements.

Please return the participation form in time so that the organizers can plan the meeting properly.

I would appreciate if you let me know if you will / will not attent the meeting.

Looking forwards to see you in Colorado.

Regards,
Aleid Hekstra.

The venue is not particularly far from the Denver International Airport compared to other hotels in the area.  It is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes by car or by shuttle.  Since the Denver airport is somewhat outside the city, additional ground travel is needed for at least 45-60 minutes to reach any hotel of reasonable size in the Denver area. Our apologies if the location creates a problem for anyone.

To get from the airport to the Stanley Hotel, you can rent a car or alternatively, we have arranged for the Estes Park Shuttle to transport people to and from the airport at a cost of $75 roundtrip.  Information on the location and ground transportation is attached if you rent a car.

If you plan to use the shuttle, please call my assistant Paula Rolfe at 303-218-4416 before April 23, 2004 with your confirmed arrival time so she can ensure the shuttle can be on hand when you arrive.  Her email is paula.rolfe@sunmed.com.
